Working principle
When the driver steps on the foot valve pedal, the pedal transmits force to the valve core through the connecting rod mechanism or lever principle. The valve core is displaced in the valve body, thereby changing the on-off of the oil channel in the valve and the flow direction and flow rate of the oil. Specifically, the walking foot valve pedal assembly controls the flow direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil entering the walking motor. By accurately controlling the position of the valve core, the hydraulic oil is delivered to the walking motor with appropriate pressure and flow according to the driver's operating requirements, thereby driving the excavator's walking mechanism to achieve different walking actions such as forward, backward, and turning.
Function
- Control walking direction: Through different operation combinations of the left and right foot valve pedals, the hydraulic oil is controlled to flow to different walking motors, so that the excavator can turn left or right, and move forward and backward in a straight line.
- Control walking speed: The pedal stepping amplitude determines the opening of the valve core, thereby controlling the flow of hydraulic oil. The greater the pedaling amplitude, the greater the valve core opening, the greater the flow of hydraulic oil entering the travel motor, the higher the speed of the travel motor, and the faster the excavator travels, and vice versa.
